Superchute® Hoisters and
Hoister Lites must be tied back to anchors.
Built-in Tie-Back Loops are provided for this
purpose. Use these loops to secure the hoist to
an anchorage. Tie-backs will prevent the hoist
from being pulled over the edge, should the chute
become blocked, or the hoist be rammed by a
vehicle (ex: a skidsteer). |
|
| The Superchute® Tie-Back Kit is quickly installed without any
tools. A single properly installed kit can withstand up
to 5000 lb. of pull. The 2 weight beams of a hoist each
require their own kit. The kit is only to be used for
securing Superchute® hoists. Use "Tie-Back Kit" with
"Chain Kit" or "Concrete Anchor Kit"
(below). |
